Onboarding redesign is on track for Friday. Here's where things stand:

  • Spec v3 is finalized and approved. The new flow drops from 6 steps to 3 and adds the workspace import screen.
  • Design is done. Sarah shipped the final empty states in #product yesterday.
  • Engineering is ~70% through. The import step is built; the checklist component is in review.

One blocker: Maya is waiting on the activation events from the data team before she can wire up the progress tracker. That task has been open for 3 days.

The thread confirms launch is on track for Friday. Marketing and QA both signed off this morning, so the only open risk is the pricing page, which is still in review and lands later today. A couple of items need an owner before the go/no-go call.
